Titan Company Limited and the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) signed a landmark agreement to transform the South Extension metro station into a co-branded transit hub. South Extension in Delhi is a highly strategic location for Titan, as the area hosts stores for all of its category brands, making it a uniquely significant retail destination.

I volunteered to participate in this high-visibility project. My role involved extensive coordination between the DMRC team, external vendors, and Titan's internal brand teams to manage collateral adaptation, installation logistics, and cost planning.

A major challenge arose from competing priorities: each Titan brand naturally wanted prominent advertising space, yet the DMRC could only provide limited areas both indoors and outdoors. We navigated complex Excel sheets to track timelines, meticulously mark out available areas, and create equitable spaces for all brands while ensuring the final outcome effectively justified their needs.

The Titan x South Ex project was a milestone initiative for the entire organization, with all eyes on its successful launch. Coordinating approvals across multiple agencies before installing a single graphic proved demanding, but ultimately made it one of the most rewarding and educational projects of my career.
